We obtain the work permit for the driver – usually 1–2 months.
We run the visa process – national type D visa. Usually 1–2 months.
We arrange the flight. Roughly 70% of drivers start work within about 10 weeks of the work permit – an estimate, not a guarantee. Code 95 and the driver card are handled by your company.
We translate, explain and solve problems. Your Jobcen coordinator stays with you and the driver for the whole contract – onboarding and everyday communication.
We recruit through trusted partners in several countries. We run no test centres – instead you receive the candidate’s driving video or a checked employment confirmation before the driver boards the plane.
