The carrier files for the work permit in Poland. With that decision you go to the consulate for the type D visa. This is the longest part and we say so openly.

Work permit
Filed by the employer with the voivode in Poland before you apply for the visa.
Type D visa
You file at the Polish consulate in the country where you live now. We tell you which one and prepare the file with you.
Driver qualification
The employer arranges and pays for the code 95 course and the driver qualification card after you arrive. You sit the exam yourself. Your foreign professional certificate is not recognised in Poland, so nobody expects you to bring it.

Driver attestation and the tachograph card are arranged by the carrier and by us, in the right order, after the qualification.

We require confirmed experience with a set from an employer we can check. If you cannot confirm it with a document, record a video of your manoeuvres and send it with your application.
- At the start of the recording, show your face and your identity document so the details are readable.
- Then two of the five manoeuvres shown at drivers.jobcen.pl/manoeuvres: manoeuvre 1, the alley dock at the ramp, is required, plus one more of your choice from manoeuvres 2-5.
- Record it in one take, in landscape, with no editing and no cuts.
- Attach a short video to the application; send a longer one as a cloud link. Set that link so only the person holding it can open the file.

We answer every application. Three questions decide the most: which country issued your licence, where you live right now, and how long you have driven a set.
This form is also the application link. If you already have your full set of documents, attach them here right away. You do not need a separate invitation or any link from us.
We take drivers of articulated trucks only: tractor unit with a semi-trailer, category C+E. We do not recruit for rigid trucks or smaller vehicles.
